Conversely, complex buildings with irregular shapes, numerous levels, and intricate architectural elements often require more time during the scanning process, leading to higher costs to ensure a thorough and accurate representation of the Existing Conditions.

Our prices for documenting existing conditions drawings in AutoCAD or Revit are estimated based on hourly rates, which are determined by the complexity and scope of the project. We strive to provide transparent and competitive pricing that reflects the expertise and technology utilized in creating accurate as-built drawings. With smaller projects, the cost of drafting is comparable to the cost of scanning, for medium to large projects with more detail, the cost of drafting may rise due to complexity and time required to draft. Clients can expect a detailed breakdown of costs before the project commences, ensuring clarity and alignment on budget expectations.
